The International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) is the largest international non-profit association operating exclusively for people and firms engaged in business brokerage and mergers and acquisitions. This association provides business brokers education, conferences, professional designations including the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) accreditation and networking opportunities. Organized and operated to promote members' professional development, to better serve clients' needs, and to maximize public awareness of services performed by intermediaries and ancillary advisors who facilitate lower middle market M&A transactions.
