While running Peak, Thom helped build one of the largest office groups in the nation - Sunbelt Midwest. This network comprised of MN, WI, IL, and later acquired the Sunbelt in Las Vegas. By the time Thom left, the Minneapolis office alone had 35 agents and was closing over 100 transactions annually. Thom's role included: deal sourcing, recruiting, training, and developing the CRM on Salesforce.com.

Post-sale of Peak in 2019, Thom moved to San Diego to open his own business brokerage office. Calling it California Business Advisors, Thom is replicating the best-in-class strategies developed over the last decade. The market in Southern CA is one of the largest in the US.
